Constants
There are a number of constants that are used while creating a book using the publication API.
Categories
Every book that is published must include the Category under which the book will be listed on Lulu.com. This value will also be translated to the appropriate value for all retail channels.
Categories are identified with a numerical value, which differs per language.

Trim size represents the size of the book. It is represented with a string which details the exact dimensions. For a print book, the dimensions of the PDF, must match the requested trim size. If they do not match, the API will return an error.
